Bobby‘s Park

For younger guests, Obertauern offers a very special kind of adventure world. Together with Bobby, the region's mascot, children can discover the mountain world of Obertauern and let off a little steam on various sporting adventures. Different stations around the Grünwald and Krummschnabel lakes offer a variety of fun tasks for the little ones - including an exciting stilt course, an adventurous raft ride across the Krumschnabel lake or an exploration of the underground Mankei buildings. Bobby's Adventure World is open from the beginning of July to mid-September.

Station 1: The Stilts Course

Do you know this classic game?

Stilts were a very popular component of playground equipment in the old days. Why don't you try walking around the course on those stilts.

Station 2: The Ball Track

A ball track on a mountain pasture?

That's 100 metres of fun for young and old. Take a ball out of the machine at the top station and you're ready to go.

Station 3: Fitness Fun

Test your fitness and agility in many different ways at Bobby’s Fitness Fun park.

Station 4: The Water Wheel

Do you know how strong water actually is?

Look at how the crystal-clear water sets the big wheel in motion with ease.

Station 5: A Beautiful View

Now it's time to climb high again. Take the path to viewpoint and reward yourself with the wonderful panorama of the surrounding peaks.

Station 6: The Raft

Have you ever been on a raft?

Try your hand at being a raft captain at Krummschnabelsee!

Station 7: The Mankeis’ Burrow

Do you know what a "Mankei" is?

That's what marmots are called here on the mountain pasture. These Mankeis live in underground tunnels where they also hibernate.

Station 8: Rowing and Pedal Boats

Have ever seen boats on mountains?

Grab one of our free rowing or pedal boats at Grünwaldsee and off you go for a ride across the lake.
